You're Live! Your First 30 Days on AgentLoft
Congratulations — your site is live. Here's the important part: a website isn't a brochure, it's a lead machine, and machines need fuel. The agents who win with AgentLoft treat the first 30 days as setup for the next 5 years.
This guide covers the 10 things to do next, roughly in order. None of them take more than an hour, and most take 15 minutes.
The 10 things to do after going live
1. Connect Follow Up Boss and turn on lead notifications
Speed-to-lead is everything — a lead answered in 5 minutes converts many times better than one answered in 5 hours. Connect your CRM so every registration, saved search, and inquiry lands there instantly, and make sure your phone actually buzzes when it happens.
Then test your site like a buyer: search for a home, save a search, and submit an inquiry — and confirm you receive both the lead notification and the property-alert email. Five minutes of testing now beats discovering a broken pipeline three weeks from now.
No FUB? At minimum, confirm inquiry emails are reaching you and check your admin inbox daily.
2. Finish your agent profiles
Buyers Google you before they call you. Make sure every agent on your site has a real headshot, a bio written for humans (not a resume), and a working phone number and email. Toggle off any agent who shouldn't appear publicly.
3. Double-check your branding
Logo, favicon, colors, and — easy to miss — your fallback/OG image, the image that shows when your site gets shared in a text or on Facebook. This is the stuff visitors notice in the first 3 seconds.
4. Verify your site with Google and submit your sitemap
Set up Google Search Console, verify your domain, and submit your sitemap. This is how Google finds your pages — and how you'll later see which searches you're winning. While you're at it, add your new website URL to your Google Business Profile, email signature, and social bios.
5. Install your tracking codes
Add your Facebook Pixel and any analytics or ad-platform tags via Custom Snippets. You want tracking in place from day one, so that when you start running ads or reviewing traffic, you have history to look at.
6. Build your first 3 neighborhood pages
This is the single highest-leverage feature on the platform. Custom listing pages let you create a dedicated, live-listings page for any neighborhood, community, or niche ("Downtown condos under $400K"). Pick the 3 areas you know best and build a page for each — these become the pages that rank on Google and generate leads while you sleep.
7. Publish your first blog post
One post, this week. The formula that works: hyperlocal. "Moving to [Your City]: What to Know," a neighborhood guide, or a local market update. Don't aim for perfect — aim for genuinely useful to someone relocating to your market.
8. Put your existing buyers on saved searches
Go through your current buyer list and set each one up with a saved search matching their criteria. They'll get automatic property alerts from your site — which keeps them off Zillow and keeps your name in their inbox every time a matching home hits the market.

9. Confirm your search settings match your market
Check that the cities and counties in your search cover your real service area, and that your filters make sense for your market (land searches, condos, rentals — whatever your buyers actually ask for).
10. Book a weekly hour with your site
Put a recurring hour on your calendar: publish or improve one piece of content, check your leads and traffic, and add one new neighborhood page or blog post. This habit is the difference between agents who get a trickle of leads and agents who build a pipeline.
How to get the most out of AgentLoft
If you only remember three things:
- Content compounds. Every neighborhood page and blog post is an asset that works 24/7 and gets more valuable over time. Ads stop the day you stop paying — content doesn't.
- The site feeds the CRM, the CRM feeds you. AgentLoft's job is to capture and warm up leads; your job is to respond fast and stay in front of them. The FUB integration is the bridge — use it daily.
- Consistency beats intensity. Three months of one post a week beats a 20-page sprint followed by silence. Google rewards sites that keep showing up, and so do buyers.
The playbook behind this: Raleigh Realty
AgentLoft was built by the team behind Raleigh Realty, one of the most-visited independent brokerage websites in the country — built not on ad spend, but on exactly the playbook above:
- Hyperlocal content, relentlessly. Neighborhood guides, "moving to Raleigh" content, market breakdowns — published consistently for years. That content ranks, and rankings turn into free leads every single day.
- Pages for every place. A dedicated, listing-rich page for every neighborhood and community that matters — the same thing custom listing pages give you out of the box.
- Speed and follow-up. Every lead gets a fast response and goes onto a saved search, so no one falls through the cracks.
Nothing about it is magic. It's the boring stuff, done consistently, on a platform built to reward it. That platform is now yours.
