Customizing Property Search Filters

Decide which property types appear in your site's search results and which filters visitors can use.

Adjust your search settings

Go to Settings (gear icon) → Search Settings to open Property Search Settings.
Under Select Property Type, choose which types to include in search results:
Commercial Sale
Residential
Residential Income
Land
Commercial Lease
Residential Lease
Under Filter Settings, find any filter in the Filters list (e.g., Price, Bedrooms, Bathrooms) and toggle it on/off to show or hide it from your site's search.
Click Update Search Filter Settings to save.

Tip: Fewer, more relevant filters usually convert better than showing everything. Hide property types you don't serve.
