Creating a Custom Listing Page for a Neighborhood or Community

Build a dedicated page for any neighborhood or community that displays live MLS listings, then add it to your website's navigation menu. Great for hyperlocal SEO and giving buyers a focused browsing experience.

There are three parts: create a search that defines the area, create the page that displays it, and add the page to your menu.

Step 1 — Create a System Search for the area

  1. Go to Resources → System Searches → Add System Searches.
  2. Add the criteria that define the neighborhood or community.

Tip: Use the Locations field — or the map's polygon/circle drawing tools — to trace the exact neighborhood or community boundaries instead of relying on city-wide filters.
