Uploading Your Logo, Favicon, and Brand Images

AgentLoft generates most of your site's brand imagery automatically from a single logo upload — in most cases you only need to provide two files.

What you need to upload

Go to the Brand & Brokerage page and upload:

1. Company Logo
2. Company Favicon

Everything else — including the fallback image shown when the MLS doesn't provide photos — is automatically generated from your logo.

How big should my logo file be?

Bigger than you'd think. Modern screens (like any MacBook or iPhone) are "retina" displays that pack double the pixels into the same space — so a logo file that's exactly the size it appears on screen gets stretched and looks soft and blurry, especially in your site's header.

Rules of thumb:

• Upload your logo at least 2–3× larger than it appears on screen. For a typical header logo, that means a file at least 600px wide — around 1,200px wide is plenty for any use.
• Have a vector version (SVG, AI, or EPS)? Whoever designed your logo almost certainly created one — it stays perfectly sharp at any size. Send it to support@agentloft.com and we'll set it up for you.
• Don't ask us to shrink the logo to "fix" blurriness — displaying a small file smaller just makes it tiny and still blurry on retina screens. The fix is always a bigger source file.

Tip: If your header logo looks fuzzy but your footer logo looks fine, the header file is almost certainly just a smaller upload — replace it with a higher-resolution version and the fuzziness disappears.

Note: Your company logo is automatically used as the fallback image whenever a listing has no photos available from the MLS.

Advanced: controlling every image yourself

Click Show Advanced Settings on the Brand & Brokerage page to reveal the full set of image fields:

• Company Logo
• Company Favicon
• Company Logo (Inverted)
• Email Logo
• Fallback Image
• OG Fallback Image (used for social sharing previews)

These stay hidden by default to keep setup simple, but give you full control when you want to override any generated image.

Uploaded your logo a while ago?

If you uploaded your logo before automatic image generation was introduced, you have two options:

1. Re-upload your Company Logo — the derived images, including the Fallback Image, regenerate automatically.
2. Open Show Advanced Settings and manually upload a custom Fallback Image to use your own version.
