Editing Your MLS Disclaimer and Property Page Options

Most MLSs require a compliance disclaimer on listing pages. Here's how to add or update yours, plus the other property-page display options controlled from the same screen.

Edit the MLS disclaimer

  1. Go to Website → Property Page.
  2. Scroll to MLS Disclaimer Content and add or update the disclaimer text using the built-in editor.

Other options on this page

The Property Page screen also controls:

  • MLS Disclaimer Position (e.g., Bottom of the Page)
  • Communities in City section
  • Schools Near section
  • Comment Section
  • Position of Listing Firm

Note: Your MLS dictates the required disclaimer text and placement — check your MLS compliance guidelines if you're unsure what to enter.
