Merging Duplicate Community Names into One Page

MLS data often splits a single neighborhood across several community or subdivision name variants — for example, "Charleston Heights," "Charleston Heights Ph 2," and "Charleston Hts." AgentLoft lets you merge them into one cohesive community page.

Merge community entries

  1. In the Admin panel, go to the Community Listing section.
  2. Select the community name variants that belong together.
  3. Bulk merge them into a single page.

After merging, buyers see one complete community page instead of several fragmented ones — and your site presents a cleaner, more authoritative picture of the neighborhood.
